CANCELLATION POLICY

Organisers have the right to change the venue, change the dates or cancel the retreat dependent on a variety of factors that will be disclosed in the event of such changes.

In the event of venue or date changes or cancellation, organisers will inform all guests who have paid a non-refundable deposit or paid for their retreat in full, to discuss the next steps.

If you are unable to attend retreat, please contact help@mystiquemoksha.com.au ASAP.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE

• Cancellations within 30 days will not be eligible for any refund (this includes border closures, COVID related illness or other life circumstances that impact on your ability to attend)
• Early departure from the retreat weekend will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the circumstances
• If extenuating circumstances apply, other refund terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Extenuating circumstances may include, but not be limited to serious illness, death, natural or biological disaster, political unrest, or jury duty
